Addressing the language challenge in eDisclosure
As a member of the Relativity ecosystem member, SYSTRAN was exhibiting at the Relativity Spring Launch Roadshow that was held in London on 22 April 2015. Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura Andrew Sieja, Founder & CEO took the stage to present on the new release: Relativity 9.2. Once again, this third edition in London gave the opportunity to hundreds of people from the Relativity and e-disclosure communities to network, meet with partners, see the software in action, and have some fun.
Translating, analyzing and indexing multilingual documents are among the main challenges involved in eDisclosure. SYSTRAN demonstrated the SYSTRAN Relativity Connector that provides a bridge between Relativity and the SYSTRAN Enterprise Server allowing users to securely translate confidential information in real-time the e-discovery process.
It has the capability to translate in 45+ languages and can also be customized to translate domain-specific information, making it useable in every industry. Translations are initiated directly within Relativity. For instance, when a document is opened in Relativity, users simply have to select “SYSTRAN Translate” from the context menu to get this document translated.
The newest version of the SYSTRAN Relativity Connector 2.0 is set for release quite soon. This version will include a compatibility with Relativity 9.0 and 9.1 (plus 8.1 and 8.2).
